A perfect day for steaming.
A friend called over this afternoon to try his RH Argyll after replacing some worn parts, my Argyll had gone through the same treatment, so it was a great opportunity to try both loco's. The weather was perfect, very little breeze, just above freezing and sunshine Here are two photos of them doubleheading, the steam plumes were amazing!
Ready for the off !
..and climbing the 1 in 50 incline heading for Castle View Halt

All credit for the photos go to my wife--- She took 'em !
I took some video of the Doubleheader and later some video with the camera behind "Hercules". Maybe I can get it edited and uploaded to Youtube or Google during the Xmas holiday.
To ACLR:- My pleasure Sir !
To Pete :- Knowing how Murphy's law works, don't be surprised if you get a foot of the white stuff
To Jim :- 45mm gauge (Peco track). I used to be 32mm, and so were a couple of other people over here, then some others joined in and they went to 45mm, then my friend in the town changed to 45mm, then the other guy, and suddenly I had nowhere else in Denmark, but home, to run my trains. :( So after 3 years of sulking and then a change of house, I went over to 45mm as well, but I still have my old 32mm track and a whole lot from my friend when he changed, so one day I hope to have 32mm laid down as well, maybe a quarry line or something.

Love the engines and the pics there a credit to you.
As for bus loads of people you need to see our annual big steam up. 40 people in an average suberban garden!
