Rodent Infestation

Post by Big Jim » Sat Mar 11, 2017 10:00 pm

It would appear that some of the Wildlife that existed in the sheds of the PMR have moved to Cardiff.

These little blighters were caught in the shed this evening.

It seems that they may be the result of one of Dai Abolical's fiendish and unnatural experiments as the big rat appears to have a Triang Hymek motor bogie for innards. This is possibly  Dai's only experiment not to involve sheep and the breeding thereof.

(I was informed by one of the members of the Glamorgan Group that someone else may have done something similar, if they have I apologise for inadvertently pinching their idea.)
If at first you don't succeed, use a bigger hammer!

You don't need to be!

(Never thought of the Hymek bogie trick - how fast does it run on 3 volts?)

I shoved 4 aa battteries up his nose and he moves fast enough.
Due to the large overhang and the passengers at the back end there are slight balance issues.

I didn't realise yours were attached! Mine's tail gets grubby with all the grot off the track, so he occasionally gets swimming lessons in the washing machine!

A thin peice of rod was poked up his tail and the passengers were attached kebab style.
I replaced the stuffing with bubble wrap to avoid bits winding themselves around the mech.

I must admit I felt rather evil as I eviscerated the little blighter.
I did have to pop back to Ikea to get a second one after my son found the first one and adopted him.
