Excellent service from Roundhouse

I have just phoned roundhouse to aquire a new o ring for a billy regulator. "No problems,I will pop one in the post for you"
I know it is only an o ring (annoyingly one I can't match from my boxes of spares)
But being  used to dealing with auto suppliers who all seem to charge a minimum order fee or at least postage  it was a refreshing surprised to be told "no charge sir"
If I was wearing a hat I would have doffed it.

I cannot fault them at all. Superb service and superb engineering. My engine hadn't been run for a year and cracky did upon for a jolly and it's just like new. They even more than happy to make a modification to the order when I asked if it was possible.

Money allowing - I would defiantly order from them again.
