MSS steel wheels ?

I want to start in live steam with a MSS (mostly for the price).
Are they equipped with steel wheels ?

Fraid not, they come with Mazak wheels. Steelers are an extra price upgrade.

What gauge are you after, 45 or 32mm?

45mm. But it's the same price.

I've got a set going if you're interested. Tested and quartered right. Comes with the two axles, the spacers needed to bring out the cylinders, two gaskets and the extra long 6BA bolts needed to hold the cylinders to the spacers, to the frames.

Many thanks for your proposal.
I read a few topics about (and against) MSS steam locos, so I decided to cancel this project.
It needs a lot of money to get a really good loco.

Mmm, mine mechanically came in at just under £300. Still, if you change your mind, I was after round £33 + post.
