Factory window print

Post by FWLR » Sat Jan 09, 2021 11:17 am

Thank you Boris for you Magnificent Factory window. Although I have printed it on my FlashForge, ("the arc at the top is centred at the bottom of the frame") with is the little dot does print out, but it's not attached to the file. Not a problem for me though, it is a brilliant file and printed really well. It took 28 minutes and used approximately 1.52 meters of filament.
It would be really easy to resize also for a smaller window if needed I suspect...

The start of the print.

The little spot is not relevant, I'd forgotten it was there. It forces my slicer to position the window slightly further up the print bed so that it fits inside the cylindrical volume of my Delta printer.

Btw How did the push-bike turn out?

Hi all,

Briefly donning my moderator's hat, I've changed the thread title to better reflect the content.

Cheers,

Andrew.
