Stopping Mamod Locomotive bearing from rotating.

Hi,
I have been continuing the assembly of Mamod locomotive from bits that I have. With the boiler and body more or less complete I have started on the chassis first with improving the seal of the reversing valve block which I have already posted a description and photographs of. Today I started to play with the wheels and axles making the bearings so they won't rotate in the frames, I'm pretty sure I have described this on a previous posting but if not it works like the following.
Flats are filed on the raised section of the bearings.
Using the frame spacer screw to hold some K&S 1/4" wide thin brass sheet which steps are filed in to hold it against the flats of the bearings.
Wheels and coupling rods fitted.
Regards Tony.
