The optional roof was included in the kit along with the roof former, which I can re-use in the future.....

The 'passengers' for my sheep wagon arrived and have been painted and installed in their luxurious accommodation.....

A bit of a thread drift here, but this is an important message.....
Our Moderator, Tom_tom_go, has given notice to quit, which leaves the Forum in dire straights. The membership consists of many who are not able to manage the software which supports this Forum and others, like Tom, who still have business and family priorities to occupy their time, so this is an appeal to anyone, members and guests, who have all benefitted from the vast amount of information contained within this library, to offer what help they can to allow it to continue.
It could be a shared position to lighten the load and clearly has no international boundaries.
What is important to remember is that the Forum will not just stop at the end of the year, but will disappear from our screens completely and all information will be lost forever.
There is an announcement at the heading of each subject, but not everyone has managed to notice this and time is running out. Please contact Tom if you feel you have the time and skills to keep this wonderful show on the road...... thank you.

I agree totally with what you have said Peter. Maybe copy and post your comment has a separate thread mate. Has you say not everybody gets notifications for members threads.

We need some action and fast. I have already said I would help with whatever I can. It's time to put differences to one side and get together and save this brilliant forum. If our main Administrator has lost interest in the forum then maybe it is time for him to go.......

But not just in the way he has said it's going to go. 1 and half months for someone to take over isn't giving us much time is it.

Please be careful Rod - we all feel strongly about the Forum, and want to save it if we can, but risking upsetting our current Admin, who has done so much to maintain it, isn't going to be the best way to go about it. If there is anyone out there able to help, then that can only be achieved through cooperation with Tom, so let's respect his decision to step back after several years of hard work on our behalf.

I do feel passionately about our forum Andrew and I really don't want to upset anyone with my comments, but we need action mate and there doesn't seem as if anyone apart from you, who is willing to take it on.I have said I would help in anyway I can, but no one has been in touch, so like this coronavirus, for which like many, I feel isolated...

At the moment, it's skills we're lacking, rather than willingness, but options are being explored. Whether or not they come to anything is another matter...

They are from Sixteen Mills and I have given a credit to David for them on the previous page during a description of the build process.
I do like such unusual items of stock and will certainly be adding more.

Having just seen the late December picture posted by Dazza of himself and his mates sitting alongside the POR in their shorts and flip-flops, eating his favourite smelly cheese and drinking a couple of bottles of red, I thought how nice that would be to do here in West Wales!
So, firstly to sort out the seating arrangements....

Happy New Year Peter,

We got about 1 inch of snow this morning about 2.30am, so it's our first snow of the new year. It's no where near as bad as what you get Peter, but it's nice to see, not to walk in...
