Having enjoyed thr christmas quiz I thought an all year round one was in order.
the rule are simple
Whoever answers the question correctly and is confirmed be the person who asked the question posts the next question, if the question is realy hard then clues should be given to keep the thing moving.

So first question

Who was the originator of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway?

THe originators were Captain J.E.P. Howey and Count Louis Zborowski (who died before the railway was completed).

I was a 2ft gauge line and 3 1/2 miles long. I connected to the cambrian railway. I was lifted and then relayed. I only lasted a year in my relaid form before coming a road. I had 3 locomotives. What is my name?
