Bird box

Post by Scrat » Tue Mar 21, 2023 8:31 am

For the third year in a row, my birdbox has found inhabitants.
It is equipped with a webcam:

The webcam is fitted in a double-ceiling, looking down into the nest.
The entrance is at the top of the picture.

Delighted to hear (and see)!

I've been somewhat concerned that my bird feeders, which are usually heavily visited mostly by blue tits, coal tits, great tits, long tailed tits and goldfinches, have been relatively quiet for months - I saw one blue tit today, a great tit a couple of days ago and three goldfinches yesterday.

I suspect bird flu has wreaked havoc on our local bird population.

Had to replace the camera.
The old link remains valid.
