Hornby Magazine - Building the Festiniog

Post by philipy » Sat Mar 06, 2021 2:13 pm

I just chanced across this video, which has shots of the Festiniog, plus modelling tips and a shot of a disel hauled garden railway. I haven't watched all of it but there may be bits of interest to some folks.

Interesting. Surprisingly well detailed for a free video. The reviews of the Heljan 0 gauge stock are towards the end. They would be tempting if I wasn't so committed to the PLR ...... Get thee behind me ......

It wasn't too bad, what I saw, as I'm currently working on a 009 gauge project it was quite invested in it until family duties called. I do wish Hornby and Bachmann would stop producing things to tempt money form my wallet though.
