Diesel electric wiring diagram/plans

Has there ever been published wiring diagrams/plans for an aero engine-electric loco in 16 or 10mm/Ft?
I remember seeing Bob Symes class 47 on a very old 'Model World' and liking the clag!

There was an article on building a diesel electric with a glow plug motor in"16mm Narrow gauge in your garden" published by W H Smith in 2009, I think it was written by David Clark.
The design he describes was developed by Barry Reeves (Pilgrim Locomotive Works).

I've got a copy of that, wouldn't call the article about the Pilgrim useful particularly descriptive, or even of much use.
