Taking the body of a Ragleth

Post by SVLR » Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:16 am

So I have had a manual Ragleth for a few years, I have decided to fit RC and need to take the body off. I am assuming it is held in place by the 4 hex head screws I can see, 2 in the doorway on top and 2 underneath closer to the front. If this is the case what size are the hex heads (BA Metric or other?) Many thanks in advance for tips. WHile the body is off I might also paint the interior cream any ideas of a standard paint colour?

I think the nut spinner you get in the kit with the loco fits.

I painted my cab using Humbrol enamels, I can get you the code when I am at home.
