We all know what it is, we just want to know which colour you chose.

Sorry, I didn't mean to play the suspense game but when I opened the box the joy of getting a new loco diminished as it is damaged so dealing with the supplier at the moment.

Dealing with Accucraft directly now as it out of dealers hands, convenient for them.

Let's hope the replacements they send are of better quality than the originals supplied.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 it is the retailers responsibility to sort the matter out. The retailer must repair or replace faulty goods.

The dealer has arranged the replacement of the faulty parts so now I am in contact with Accucraft directly as the faulty items will need to be returned once I have received the new items (I have said I will only return the items if postage is covered). If I find any further issues then I will have to deal with Accucraft directly under warranty.

I did a Google search and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 has been replaced with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ordered mine from the Vale of Rheidol. I believe they visual inspection stuff. Not too worried about the electronics as I'll be concerning it to RC.

It's a good job I am converting mine to RC as well as the middle wheel contacts were shorting out against the metal chassis.

Fixed it last night and seems to run alright at least!
