small project during Thanksgiving break

This is my artwork during Thanksgiving holidays.
I bought this metal building from Michaels. Initial assessment suggested the metal is in good quality fits outdoor. But then, I realized that it looks plain as the way it is so I used wood sticks to create the wood walls. For the roof, I use real material for my house roof, and painted it black. After painting the wood walls, I used silicon glue to coat the wood surface to make it waterproof. I need suggestions, what actually this building is used for in real life; doesn't it look like a coal station/house?

It's hard to tell sorry. Can you take another photo of it side on with the big chimney to the left, so we can see how it is to the building.

No idea what it was used for - but I really like it, thanks for the pics!

Andrew.

I will take more pictures during the weekend since it is already outside the garden railway, and it is very dark nowadays after I return home from work. Thanks

I think the building could be a smithy or a small foundry. That would fit with the large chimney, and the loading areas. The little tin overhang could be where coal is delivered, and the larger undercroft area could be for raw or finished material.
