Impressive DCC garden railway locos

I would love to own a similar diesel in this video that could ride on SM32 track while running on battery and R/C with all the perks of DCC controlled lights, sound and smoke generator:

I like the way he's not only synched the chuff sounds to the motion but also the smoke. It's now possible to get r/c receivers which talk to DCC sound decoders, so this should be feasible without the need for track power - http://fosworks.co.uk/OMNIRx4H.html

Thanks Rik, I have been trying to find out how this was being done!

So can I use my existing Deltang kit and buy this module and use it with a LokSound DCC decoder?

Hi Tom
Unfortunately, I don't think Omni is compatible with Deltang. You'd have to buy an Omni transmitter.
