Very nice, thanks for sharing. The slow running is most impressive, well done. :D

Thank you. That's the real benefit of battery power and radio control.

Is that a burgeoning branch line I see before me?

Yesterday was the second birthday of my garden railway. πŸŽ‚

I started construction on 28th June 2020. It's reached the toddler stage. Lots of growing up still to do.

Thanks for your update, it's shows how much effort you have put into this brilliant line. You have even detailed the ceiling in the tunnel. :thumbright:

Really impressed. :bravo

And included the little recesses for the staff to duck into if a train comes while they're in there!

It's all looking great. It's got a real mainline feel - I hope we get to see Gordon rushing over that bridge with The Express sometime...

All the best,

Andrew

It’s wonderfully tidy and organised β€” nicely filmed too. Neat!

Thanks everyone for your supportive comments. The finished railway will have a double track section and a single track branch line which will descend on a spiral to pass under the bridge.

As for Gordon, I don't have the skill to scratch-build him and I can't see him ever being released by Bachmann in G Scale. :(
