O gauge in the garden

Is anybody here doing O gauge in the garden, either coarse or fine scale? I know its been done very well in the past, ie Crewchester, but is anybody still doing this scale with the advent of so much product available in 16mm and gauge one. I have/am considering building a small raised coarse O scale layout with clockwork and live steam for motive power. This is a future plan, like next year at the soonest, although I do have a Bassett Lowke Super Enterprise in LMS Crimson Lake. Would probably get a Duke of York and a LMS Compound in clockwork as the next purchases. Mike the Aspie

Look up Brambleton,
They have a huge outdoor O gauge layout and a very fine 16mm line as well.
