Andel Models

Andel Models. Are they still trading? I've not seen anything new for a year, and I've seen a feedback about Andy not replying to messages, is he okay?

He's effectively not trading any more - he's now a full-time student and apparently has no interest in modelling. I should write him off as a source for anything!

Its a great pity because he had a nice range. And great pity he didn't sell the business to someone who would make something of it.

That's a great shame. I must admit the website all seems nice and dandy, so have they just disappeared into the night or are orders still being taken? How bizarre to just lose interest in a hobby that one has worked so hard on. I guess priorities must have changed.

I did like the look of the Moeleyn model they used to do. No idea how good/bad it was though.

Come on, that's a classic!

On a serious note though, I popped that in there several years back when I first joined the forums. I think it's time for a change. Perhaps I can find another one just as bad!

It's not just naughty, it is fraud if you can't supply the goods paid for.

I am afraid supply was the nature of his problems. I am lucky enough to have known Andy well enough to get my goods in the end and hear the full story.
Very sad loss to the hobby.

With that said though, why is the website still active with no word of shutting up shop on there?

I think at the end of it all, he just wanted to get out but still no excuse for leaving the site up.
