Argyle have also mentioned the prospect of having Accucraft make a 2'6" gauge Puffing Billy Garrat but if the NA is anything to go by it will be years away and cost a fortune and also be too big for many 32mm gauge lines. I wasn´t able to find any reference to the Puffing Billy Garratt project...

Two Billy chassis kits  at £742  plus the Fowler boiler at £416, a total of £1158,  plus some scratch building,  has more appeal. a Fowler boiler is not enough for two billy chassis kit... i prepare drawing to build a k1 and as you write i will be use 2 billy chassis but i need to build the boiler ...

This looks very much like the way that the French National Rail Museum in Mulhouse, uses the space between the Trains at their annual exhibition. Wish you guys weren´t quite so far away.
