Looks like you got the chuffer slighter lower in the chimney than I managed too - it was almost flush with the top before, well done!

I have been totally stopped on railway projects since February thanks to finding myself in the middle of a Church Planting effort which has absorbed a vast amount of my energy over the spring and summer. Anyway, the situation seems to be stabilizing a bit now, so I might be able to get on with both...

Two dead spiders?! Wonder how long they'd been there?! Russell lives in a plastic toolbox most of the time, so they must have been very determined little arachnids!... I added locoworks inner tanks, which I think help a little with the impression of solidity... The chuffer is one of my few attempts ...

If you search "asbestos" on the GRS website you'll find it - but they were out of stock last week!

Hello! If the axle is the same size it might be a push fit. Binnie wheels push fit onto Binnie axles, and I think that worked for the zecar mechanism too. If it won't stay put of its own accord but is close I think I'd go for 5 minute epoxy, to ensure a little time to get it just right... Don't know...

I like the roof as well, what is it and does anyone supply plastic corrugated roof in 16mm scale? I think what you need is Tenmille's asbestos sheet for G1 - scales out about right for corrugated tin in 16mm. Hope I've got that right because I'm planning to buy some for a station build,,, Andrew.
