Re: The Guide to 16mm Scale Modelling
No post here in Warrington today. The local Next Door Group have been commenting on the lack of posties in the area. Hopefully mine will arrive next week. Don't forget members of the Association can now read it on line if you can't wait.

Re: Accucraft Caradoc
Ian, These are indeed M2 screws. I find a 10BA nutspinner/box spanner is a good fit to a unworn screw head. For longer reach, I have a length of plastic tube squeezed over the nutspinner's "handle". I sort of hope the plastic will give before the screw head does! Thanks for the info Rob. ...

Re: Accucraft Caradoc
I have a second hand Accucraft Caradoc that I am presently servicing. Please can anyone advise what size threads the bolts are that hold the body to the chassis? Accucraft mostly use metric M2 screws for assembling models, sometimes with a few M1.6 thrown in to confuse things. They aren't a standar...

I have a second hand Accucraft Caradoc that I am presently servicing. Please can anyone advise what size threads the bolts are that hold the body to the chassis? A previous owner has dismantled it in the past and lost one bolt and worn the heads on the remaining three so I would like to source repla...

Re: Does anyone here have a 'Plotter'
Happy to help Peter,
I may use him myself at some point. I have an idea for some private owner type wagons and vinyl lettering may be the solution if I go ahead.

Re: Internet "forums" are a thing of the past
I used to post regularly on here but now I don't bother due to receiving some not very nice personal and public messages from another forum user on this forum who didn't like what I had to say, even though I was polite, not abusive, and trying to offer constructive advice. I now only read what other...

That's a lovely looking horse and cart Rik. I have very little woodworking experience, especially since my long time ago school days. I do agree with you though on how many different skills are involved in this fantastic hobby.

Re: Loading hoppers for the sand quarry
That looks good Rik. I must get back to my modelling and in particular using foam board. I have a couple of buildings under construction that I've put away. FWIW I use the cheap superglue for foam board. I get the cheapest I can find from Range.
