The home signal can act as a starter and/or section signal so it's function for me would help determine it's location. It can be both.

The building looks superb. Well done. I recall watching a Rowland Emett style layout at the Warley model railway exhibition many years ago. It was a breath of fresh air and incredibly well modelled. It was popular and all those who saw it seemed to have a smile on their face. I certainly enjoyed it....

I'm a volunteer fireman and trainee driver on the East Lancashire Railway. I'm passed out to drive 08/09s. I also do other work and jobs around the shed as required.
