Re: serious question.

Am I a converstation killer? I mean, when ever I post a comment on a topic, oftern it ends up being the last comment on that topic. is it something I've done, or had you all just finished? Matt -- funny, I have felt the same as a newcomer over a number of threads. :dontknow: Aha !! Now I have the l...

its so fake, just look at how far she leans over to make it tilt. Just to be a bit technical -- if you stop/start the video, I suggest that it is clear that the coach body starts to lean before the Holly body. Which means it was not a fake. :argue: Still think supaglue would have made an interestin...

Utter boloney !!!

Maybe if you open the regulator so much that the wheels are spinning much faster than they are designed to spin on rails, there would be a lot more wear on valve gear parts? This is all I could come up with, other than that I can't see how there could possibly be an issue. I agree, there is no mech...

To continue the bungled thread (very off-topic), the observant rivet counters will also note the blower pipe has moved from the right hand side running down the length of the boiler (so originally under the control of the driver) to the left hand side (now under the control of the fireman). The redu...

Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway 50th year of Preservation
