Now with some paint, I used Humbrol Crimson No.20 for the body and XF-24 dark grey for the roof, the inside was stained using Radcliffs light oak oil scumble and is waiting for it's final coat of varnish. I just need to sort out the couplings and buffers and make the plaques for the sides (again) as...

It's looking good, acrylic can be a pain to work with, I've used it on both the router and the laser cutter.
TBH I hate 2D Design with a passion
I use Vectric V-Carve Pro, not specifically designed for general 2D CAD but it's very easy to work with and very competitively priced.

I took the AGT for it's first run this afternoon on the Portland Light Railway near to Market Drayton in Shropshire and was very pleased with the up hill performance of the power unit.
