Re: Nolwyn Valley Tramway
Looks like things are progressing well Drew. Would it not be possible to run you track on the other side of the right hand fence, you could have a nice curve then for larger stock.
I think I would be asking the "Boss" if it was possible...

Re: Using TinkerCAD to produce drawings for 3-D Printing

Re: Gmeinder & Co loco
Just been looking at your thread Philip and I have to say you are getting more and more professional at this stuff. The loco you are doing is looking just like the real thing and for you to do that with out very little in the way of dimensions is just exceptional and mind blowing with your human mov...

Re: Gears
I bought it off EBay Rik and I have had it for about 2+ years, so I can’t remember what it was to start with. All well I might just have to try and look for something with the same diameter of axle and take it from there I think

Re: FINAL NEW FWLR LINE
You've done a cracking job on what sounds like a fairly duff kit, Rod. Thank you Philip, to be completely honest it is a bit duff. I did find a old Garden Railway magazine March 2023 and inside is a write up by Mark Thatcher, who many know is a regular contributor, I think he writes for the magazin...

Re: FINAL NEW FWLR LINE
Thank you for all those kind response's, they are very much appreciated. I did want to be able to take the long steps apart because of the size of it, it would be need a huge box of some kind to store it over the winter months, but because the long steps don't meet with the top rails on the walkway ...

Re: FINAL NEW FWLR LINE
It certainly was a challenge Peter and Anne wasn’t that happy about how poorly they are made, with postage and packaging she told me it was well over £100+. It’s surprising how they can make their products when they have a photo of the product look good for advertising though isn’t it. I took extra ...

Re: Nolwyn Valley Tramway
That's looking brilliant Drew. In my own mind I can see how I would let my imagination go with it. The right side near to the what looks like a the side of a shed or fence would be a line running close along side of it and then turning behind the header tank and then running along side the left hand...

This is going to be interesting to see Peter, but all your builds are interesting to watch it develop into something that truly inspires me and I guess other members too.
