Essel manufacture some very good battery loco's. I've purchased a few over the years and they have all been well made and reliable.
Also Roger Hine makes his "Punch" loco which going by his earlier locos (under the Friog name) should be a good

Peco 0 gauge track has bullhead section rail, whilst peco SM32 has a flatbottom section rail. With this and the differing sizes of rail and differing heights of each type of track I don't think you would have much luck in mixing the two types.

Faller Points and Big Big Trains.

Hi,

I've used big big chassis for years and I find they hold the track very well. Maybe it's the combination of faller track and big big wheels. I did once rewheel a big big chassis with binnie wheels so maybe this could solve the problem.

I've been trawling through old topics and noticed your query. I've used quite a lot of bonds rail on my line. I used it with tenmile sleeper sections, they are are strong and durable and of course no problem with chairs popping out! Only problem I've had is obtaining bonds fishplates. They are neede...

What primer for roundhouse white metal buffers?

I usually clean up the casting with a swiss file and wire wool. Then I polish up the face, paint the coupling with 2 or 3 coats of humbrol satin black, wiping the polished face with a rag and White spirit each time. I've never had paint come off any of my White metal couplings. Hope this helps.

It's one of there earlier models. I would certainly recommend essel, well made, powerfull and reliable.
