Finally, I found some time today to do some work on the line! Having Fridays off from college often gives me some time if I dont have any homework. Whilst I was doing the work, a big beast was watching over     http://i1325.photobucket.com/albums/u636/PerrowMatt/IMG_6601_zps4d943bb6.jpg I had d...

Tonight saw some work done at last at Thorpe. The road section was demolished for the 3rd time. The 4th attempt will now be in sand with PVA sprayed black which looks quite convincing as a road surface, this will be built up in layers. Aside from that, 5 foundry tubs arrived from the Dingle Leigh Ra...

To be perfectly honest, not much has been done at all on the railway since the last post. Getting Adiela back at Lakeshore had been the main priority, taking up the time before the summer running season when we would have been doing some work. Today though, we carried away about a quarter of the spo...

Sure! Peter is in my area group so I should be able to get some pics of what him and Mike have been building. There is a lot more to add to it on their loco front, such as their 7/8th Woolwich arsenal loco.

I dont know if this is correct but I saw something along the lines of that the plane had been shot down deliberately from a Russian ground to air missile launcher in a Russian ruled part.

Rebooting Bovvy

Well, a time comes! Last night I was kicked from my normal workbench in my room after painting a swift sixteen bogie wagon as my mum in the next room was off to bed early as, despite me now having twelve weeks off, she still has to go in to school to teach. I re located in the kitchen and decided to...

Yeh I get what you mean about the platform totally! We have a rear road (No 4) that is basically a through road for the larger locos. The platform will be slightly lower to try and compensate but something will come along

In between days at Lakeshore and building larger items, I found a bit of time to do a small amount of work at Thorpe.
