Hi Simon,
No, as with parting off, with hand turning you keep cutting until the work piece falls off leaving a small dimple which one or two strokes with a file is removed.

How do you regulate the speed of the locomotive? It looks great at night.
When built in the 1950's an extra pound was spent so the Enterprise would have a regulator.

Hi,
I have done some work to the body of Ellie and decided that it will be 7/8"scale so the driver can see over the boiler. A figure arrived from Model Earth yesterday.

Hi, Having spent the summer playing with other things I have returned to doing some more work on the Ellie that I am making.
