Looking at the photos on their website, plus your photos and video it looks to me that the boiler slopes down from the back of the smoke box fitting. I think you might have a valve gear timing problem there. Plus the way the smoke puffs out of the firebox door when you open it might suggest a daughting problem, the blower should really be pulling that up the chinmney even with the fire door open. Boiler is 53mm in diameter, it has 4 fire tubes , the top of the highest fire tube is 25mm from the boiler wall.
