I was thinking along the same lines. The issue with Ogwen is the lack of space due to it's small size, but I may be able to fit a servo inverted on the footplate with the arm underneath operating the rotary valve. Time to do some careful measuring.

Thank you so much for your reply, and taking the trouble to photograph the components with a ruler. With this information I should be able to make some patterns and some moulds. Jig Stones

I am interested in making some buildings for my SM32 layout using the Jig Stones method. Since the original moulds seem to now be as rare as the proverbial 'Hens Teeth' I thought that I may be able to make my own from silicon casting rubber. Only one problem; I've never actually seen the jig stones ...

I have an original Roger Marsh Ogwen, that runs and steams quite well so long as the weather isn't too windy. The loco has had some alterations made during it's life such as moving the lubricator into the cab, but I feel that for me really it would benefit from radio control. My question is, has any...
