Anything Narrow Gauge GRS GVT Beyer Peacock

Anything Narrow Gauge and GRS has commissioned a batch of the Iconic Glyn Valley in 16mm scale. The models Are gas fired live steam models. The model boasts a copper boiler with 60psi working pressure, displacment lubricator and drain valve, 1/2" pressure gauge, blow down valve, steam regulator...

Your super heater is touching the poker burner and causing this. Once the super heater warms the burner will settle but while it is cold it will just keep popping out. Best thing to do it get the super heater out and just kink it away from the poker.

Your next stop could be crich tramway museum. With the colour appearing on trams they my have a pot or a BS number to have some mixed.

Certainly looks right Chris, and Phoenix paints/ cherry paints used to stock the colour as part number C225. No longer stocked but they may be able to suggest the nearest alternative.

I would suggest its a north eastern railway colour. The hunslet 'Jack Lane' is described as being NER loco green which looks damn close.

Not yet.

The pre production sample will be at peterborough in bare brass. I will then take both the sample and the prototype back and paint them and line them before sending back to china for production can begin

Ah ha! I nearly rang mike at station road about this one. Glad she has gone to a good home. Will have to have a 5" gauge hunslet fest at some point!
