Re: Blog, Pictures, and Videos

I've been using Blogger for nearly 20 years. It's (now) hosted by Google and is free (unless you don't like Google) and so is seamless when uploading photos and linking to videos on YouTube (or you can upload videos directly to your blog). Thanks for the pictures.
That looks like a really well detailed kit with a beefy motor block.

Great little video. Nicely framed and realistic running speeds.

Re: MDC G2110 Big Hustler G scale loco kit

Hi Welcome to the forum. We do ask for photos when selling stuff (see - https://gardenrails.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11143#p125070 ) It helps people have some idea of what they're buying. I appreciate, that a photo of the parts in a kit and the box it comes in aren't very exciting but it will help ...

I'd really appreciate it if you could ask your friend, thank you! Hi Andrew Sorry about the delay, but I've not seen him recently and it seems he doesn't check his emails regularly. His reply ...... Hi Rik if he has used good enamel paint it does not need Varnish , the Varnish becomes Brittle after...

That looks excellent, Andrew.
I'll have a word with my signwriter mate in the village to find out how he protects his handiwork.

Welcome aboard, Harry. That's a mighty fine railway you have there. I'm glad my musings (and 3D files) have been helpful to you.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how it develops.

Re: Roundhouse Silver Lady

I suppose the implication was “offers invited”. There is little to be gained from posting a price just to satisfy curiosity whilst those with spare cash and the desire to own a super locomotive could have contacted me. But I have had a satisfactory offer so all is good! Does that mean it has been s...
