Ok, firstly I'm very impressed, that is an amazing solution for the coat. Regarding the pause, have you tried using wav files instead of mp3. As wav needs no decompression the file change may be quicker. Have you investigated something like this.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/U-disk-audio-player-TF-SD-...

I would love bigger diameter cylinders for my Mamod, slower running and more power.

It would only be a 10 minutes job to fit as well, unfortunately I Don't have the skills and equipment to make them :-(

One of these is making its way too me through the post as I write, I haven't had one of these eBay kits before, not sure if I'm going to build it as is or modify. I'll be interested in seeing how yours comes together.

My top tip when fitting deltang is to write on the chassis of the loco the model and software version. If you decided to make an alteration to a setting (max speed, what direction is forward, battery cut-off voltage etc) its much easier to read the info from the chassis than try and ID the board wit...

Sorry, hadn't noticed that the listing had ended! Try this link if you are interested. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=151790628895&alt=web The small size is a major advantage of the deltang units, especially when you consider that it includes the ESC. We managed to fit one unde...

I have used brake fluid with success, its slow but doesn't affect most plastics. As usual try on a small area first! All I did was coat the item in brake fluid, put it in a plastic bag, leave it for a few hours (don't let it dry out) remove the bag, scrub with an old tooth brush and repeat! Hope tha...

I used the peco plastic sleepers and didn't need any pins, I used plastic magic solvent from deluxe materials. It worked a treat and I have had 7 points down for 2 years without one chair failing. Hope that helps
