its been very windy recently so over the weekend. I made this going to paint it tomorrow then it will be left in the garden to spin around and around hope you all enjoy the pics sorry there not to good my camera is rubbish .

If you could harness that to a dynamo you could probably power most of the Forest as it's a trifle breezy at present.
Nice to see a bit of movement on a railway with all that static scenery.

thank you yes a dynamo would of been a good idear im going to install it on my line tomorrow .knowing my luck the wind will drop .put if it is windy il post a vid

It was a SWINE to put together (all those little nuts & bolts) but it was COMPLETELY weatherproof and now resides on Flagg Fluorspar................

There were a fair few muttered curses............................. It toned down quite nicely after a few years in the garden.

here's some more pics of the windmill in place the wind has drop completely now so it has hardly spun around at all when it gets windier il get a video

I assume from its siting that it's going to pump water up for the loco boiler filling tabk??
