After the torrential rain over the last 24 hours services on the Silverdale Light Railway have been suspended until further notice. See photos!

Just to add to the misery, on taking round my Lady Anne to LMS Jools' line this afternoon look what happened on her first trip !*?*! :cry:

You really, really need a model of the FR's boat!

Hope there's no damage done, to railway or Lady Anne. Nice colour lady by the way, any chance of some more, erm, on the rails photos?

At least she didn't fall any further (or the coaches, for that matter...)

Looks like LMS- jools now requires the services of a skilled Shrubber :lol:

SLRmidge, HOW FAST WERE YOU DRIVING THAT LADY ANNE!!!!!! And can you email me the pic of the crash? Though I thought that we've had a lot of rain in Wales, that looks like the seriously large amount back home, hope that the SLR is not too damaged.

Whee, shame they never came up with amphibious locomotives. Super pickies there. I hope that the flood waters recede soon so that normal services are resumed.
