Two and a half months on from my own first tracklaying, the line has grown to six yards. We did run some live steam a couple of Sundays ago, but sadly the camera was left in the house. Stationed myself at one end of the line and the Rector at the other, worked very nicely. (His father was a driver, and he picked it up the ropes very quickly.)

Congrats on the anniversary Shane, bet you're proud of what you've acheived in that space of time!

Amazing progress! Wow, I'll never match that amount of progress when the DVLR is one year old!

Cheers for the replys guys, I was just looking at the early pics I had taken the other day & thought it would be nice to see it as it was compared to as it is now. Very happy at how it has turned out, still plenty to do though & yes Richard, I am still planning that incline!! It was a very busy year. We only moved into the house on the 17th May 2010 & the railway was started nearly a month later. Progress was rapid to start with as of course I work shifts & my wife was on materntity leave from work for a lot of the summer. Now she is back at work things move along a bit slower..
Must point out the present shots were all taken today & after a weeks holiday away it has become a little overgrown in places, normally I keep it a little tidier..

Right then, need to finish it a bit more now..
