Christmas eve, the cold snap continues and there's no trains on the W&LLR. Stan has taken the latest aquisition for the P.Way dept to check on things down at Quarry Sidings......
.....before trying to get a drink back at Westwood.........
There was no room at the inn!

looking good there greg!
we are suffering as you are with snow! there have been a few telegraph poles uprooted by the snow which have in tern bought down line side fencing causing havoc with the farmers sheep!

snow is melting here (very slowly) ice is becoming a problem now... though trains are still running!

Well snow is still a problem in deepest north wales! a lot of it is melting now and a 3 foot iceicle manged to bring some of the guttering down cause of it melting!
