With the afternoon free of uni, I thought I would clean out the pond and do a few other little maintanance jobs. Whilst doing this I like to sometimes have a little battery engine running round.
But I've no idea why I decided to run
this thing! (perhapes I am slowly going mad?)

You may wonder why I have Bluebottle? Well no, its not to finally finish it off and dropkick the remains into the adjacent field (although come to think of it...

), but in fact it is to do some filming for another part of Things that go wrong at steamups, and in return I'm making up some nameplates for bluebottle (just some little plastic one like on my battery locos). And as Bluebottle is never seen doing anything useful, I thought I might put it on the front of a little Permanant Way train, and try taking some pics from some of the lesser used ANLR photo locations

Rolling out of Afallen

And buzzing back into Afallen...

...at which point it promptly derailed!

I should say that I did suceed at killing Bluebottle - it ran for a few laps untill the batteries ran out!

As you can see it's showing a few battlescars from it's filming mission at the PTLR, that video is going to be good methinks!
