Now that my workshop is finally up and running I can start on all these kits IPs given me and Iv also got a railcar (Atlantic observation car bash) and tramcar on the shelf.

anyway I thought Id start with something simple to get me in the mood.
a wagon kit with all the whitemetal bits missing.

a quick visit to my storage unit of spares...

...and I have everything I need.

my new workshop is so warm and cozy (even without a heater) I decided to have my dinner in there

finished!

then I made a start on the inspection car which thankfully included a set of spares for 45mm settings

the way you actually slot it together is rather fascinating!
I hope to see more kits like this.

then I reached a point that requires black spray paint and I didnt have any so I put it aside and started working on something cobbled together from several broken kits (to different coach kits and a wagon kit)

Wow looking good Pauly, I was reading the reveiw on the Fower inspection car yesterday in Gorton Rail... I wouldn't mind one myself

Could be a good bash into a PW truck thing...

its made out of spare pieces
Iv also been working on the inspection model and am now onto the white metal front end.

Last night (round midnight) I finished the inspection cars body leaving only the electrics left to do.

now the electrics if done by the instructions give the loco forward and reverse abilities which I dont think is needed so Iv redsighed them so its simpler and can only go forwards.

dont need it, Im lazey so why would I bother soldering up a reversable circuit when Im never gonna need it.
