That's what they look like to me, I've got a stack of 'em but only in a blue coloured plastic!! (and it's that soft type of plastic that paint just don't like sticking to - anybody any ideas on how to blacken 'em?)

give it a good key (sanded all over to created little cracjes) then use halford plastic primer and car black paint i have done that to a number of loco (otto)
