A short notice steamup at the PTLR

Some last minute changes to the NWAG steamup calender and the visit of a friend from Ireland meant that the Pine Tree Light railway put on a short notice steamup this afternoon. Some persuasion to dad meant that I was able to attend. Here are some pics
Gussie on the upper return loop, built as part of the PTLR north project
The sheds at Pine Tree road are seldom seen empty, here locos from the Southern Railway of Northern Ireland predominate.
The ANLR's accucraft Caradoc, which defied everyone (especially me
) and actualy ran really well!
The Archangel Jack has slipped back in time it seems
Single Fairlie Guenevere double heading with a Roundhouse Millie and for once it's not mine. Some of the parts off the mille went into building the Fairlie, I take it they were replaced
Caradoc at Dragely Beck on the PTLR north. The second carriage is the one that was destroyed at PTLRfest.
Later on, LMSjools and Pedro de Hooton turned up, Jools soon had Lady Adele running, seen on the station end of the viaduct
PTLRsam even got the garratt out later on, seen with a medium length freight on the PTLRnorth.

And finally...
The patent "Chris P Bacon" boiler filling solution is shown. This was taken before the said Mr Bacon stood in front of me to prevent any more photos of this top secret idea
