SLR(South) Easter Sunday Steam Up

Post by SLRmidge » Sun Apr 12, 2009 5:34 pm

Due to the lovely sunny weather a steam up was held at slrpedro's. My Kittiwake took out the first passenger train of the day(before the expected crowds of passengers arrived!).

They're from slrpedro's stock, I'll ask him where he got them from next time I speak with him.

Ditto, is the air pump a new feature on your Wrekin?

Yes, both the pump & sand pot positions were suggested by laalratty.

Maybe its just the engine that has air brakes and is not kitted out for continous braking mmmm.

Ive had a word with pedro & he said that one coach is a much modified Locomotion kit whilst the other is a scratch built copy, so theyre fairly unique.
