Nice coach, I can almost smell the mustyness & light smell of steam,ash & grease that all coaches like this seem to reek of!

Talyllyn looks superb as well. Would love that!

Very nice and the grounded coach looks ace! - I suspect there might be some trouble when your mum finds out you've been cutting bits off the bottom of her net curtains again!

Very clever touch that gives a great "lift" tho'

Matt can I ask what paint you are using for the smokebox and cab roofs please?

The Paint on the L&M smokeboxes are roundhouse factory finish.

But normally I use Halfords High Temp paint.

Very nice, I'm surprised there wasn't a TR loco on the front though -very "Welsh looking" weather for the photo-shoot

Then again I don't remember seeing the nameplates before

(apart from the previous so named loco of course!)

The SOLRs new loco arrived today. Had a trial steaming and dad is very pleased with his new toy

It will evenually go into the workshops for a few more cosmetics and some new lining, as the lines it has at the moment are pretty terrible

Loving the new rake & loco, they do look rather superb..

Maybe make the CVLR's may probably annual steam up with them??

There have been some busy evenings in the works of late.

First Dolgoch has had all new lining and some extra bits and bobs added to tart her up.

And Ex- W&LLR Baguley has had its face well and truely lifted!

Couldn't agree more!

Lovely paint scheme, I particularly like the radiator 'chevron'.
