Obviously nothing near comparable to the Slaters one, but it costs just a bit more than the Slaters bogies alone!

Having looked at the tractor a bit closer really I'd like a kit version so that I could modify it a bit.

slater dont do the whole wagon do they?

I know swanswood do it. which would be my preferd one, as its wood and metal.

There was an advert in the Narrow Gauge Review in the past for a full wagon from Slaters, not sure what happend with that now.

Don't need to feel the realism of a wood and metal one, I have a real one sat in a siding waiting for for me to fit a new underframe!

Fools whho model in 45mm gauge?
Modeling a 2ft 9 and 3/4 inch gauge prototype I would be a fool to model in 32mm gauge...
Although it would save me an awfull lot of bother!

Finally an affordable WD bogie that dad might be willing to shell out money for to finish off his War Department wagon. This unkown about (to the rest of you anyway) wagon has been waiting for bogies to complete it since Spring 2007 because dad has been too tight to buy Wrightscale or Slaters ones!!!

reminds me of my dad.
bought a couple of locomotion coaches at the agm in 2005 or 2006, i then built them, then dad puts them in a toolbox in the shed, keeps saying hes going to paint them, its been many years now, and i'm not aloud to do it, or use them.

PTLR Cecil has a nickname for the Locomotion steam railcars, I can't remember what it is though!

Conkout possibly, because that is what PTLR Sam's seems to do quite a lot!
Didn't know Cecil had a nickname for these, certainly the PTLR's one isn't to most highly regarded piece of motive power and it dosn't come out often. For example Black Coombe the garratt has visited the ANLR 3 times (lucky me ) but I've never seen the railcar at any of the 4 Morecambe lines. It does look nice though, and the 2 PTLR Locomotion carriages are very nice indeed

WOW! Those are nice.

I couldn't give a damn if they don't have as accurate numbers of rivets as the Wrightscale or Slaters etc ones, because they are much less money and you're not likely to notice from 2 or 3 foot or so away...

I like the way the Slaters bogies have got the perfect framework, I'm probably going to build a pair of those bogies (1:1 scale) this year and just being able to see it is inch perfect I like.
