Yeah emm don't know how to post a link but his web address is
www.wendoverlightrailway.co.uk
go to the how to page, there should be a page titled painting millie or something like that. There is also a page about how he repainted his single fairlie, the instructions are fairly good (well I managed to use them!)

As I've said in another posting, I hope you are going to use a lubricator as those 'O' pistons need a constant oil supply.
I'm currently running in my IP Jane after fitting a gas burner (which was wider than the spacer provided for the meths burner) and that is needing lots of oiling to keep running.

I may have to Chris, the add on one that PPS do apparently don't work very well. I may fit a Roundhouse one in the cab...
Maybe I shouldn't judge a book by its cover
One of the gland nuts has not been machined properly, therefore it does not screw onto the threaded end cap!!
Bloody furious at the moment, I have just sent an email to IP about it
Will keep you all posted

How odd...
So, do I pull out the old steam pipe? Or pull out the pipe in the old regulator block that is not fed from the boiler and plumb the new steam pipe into that hole?
Anyway, I plan to do what Graham did to Marvin and fit a Roundhouse lubricator. Purely because of Chris' statement of giving the cylinders a constant supply of oil owing to the 'o' rings.

Seems incredible that you get a kit with no instructions, particularly as you are now asking what to do with the old steam pipe.
You could remove the old steam pipe from the middle of the boiler, and then solder the right sized screw into the top of the fixed pipe in the centre of the boiler.
The steam pipe supplied with the regulator kit should now go into the reverser/regulator at the front of the loco. This is where you need to make a decision. If fitting a lubricator then that will need to be fitted between the cab mounted regulator and the reverser/regulator valve at the front. This will need some silver soldering if using the Roundhouse lubricator.
Hopefully Graham will read this shortly and explain what he did with his MSS loco which he fitted with a lubricator and regulator.
