Yes I do count the picket fensce given our wall is only a foot or so high.

It's not owned by the FfR Co. it is owned by the FR Co., I am a member of a group who owns shares in the FR Co. so there you go.

Hmm, ok it's my dad's garden railway, because they pretty much let him run the boat whenever aslong as he books the path

I'm not everything on the SHR, my mate Harry is Ops Manager and we have other people doing other jobs.

Will, you lazy git!!! On the MHLR I am PW team (dad is a member of it), CME, GM, Gardener, Station Master, Operations Manager, etc etc!!! And I'm not a woman so I can only do 1 at a time! :lol:

Well ok Will, since the Helford River is just across 1 field and the beach (also part of my garden??), I have the largest swimming pool in the world! That contains real boats and ships, nuclear subs and god knows what else.

I said I own all the parts inbetween the house and the river because there is only a wall and fence separating them. Therefore I MUST own them using Will's law

And also, sorry to tell you this mhlr, but there are no nuclear subs in your river. They're all based in Scotland.

Erm yes I know that, but the river is connected to the sea which is also part of it .... therefore there will be nuclear subs in it!
