Nicely done, looks like it matches up to recent welsh railway standards!

Great stuff, must of nearly doubled the length of run! Looks like you've made a fine job of it though, look forward to seeing it

thanks for all the kind comments.
Hopefully the idea is that my line should now be able to accomadate 2 to 3 engines comfortably.

Fantastic! Looks superb, the ballast looks great!
Is the PW hut one of those ones off eBay? I like the look!

bought the hut at stoneleigh, from cain howey structures i think it is.
the thing is cast out of concrete - one solid block so pretty heavy!
unpainted it only cost £20 which i thought was a bargain considering it only needed painting and you would pay more for a kit.

I can vouch for the heaviness! Looks great, how will you make the station?

I already have the station building - a lineside delights country station kit, it's just about fitting it in
originally I was going to put the station at the end ahead of the headshunt but i don't think there is enough space, so another idea has been to create a little street scene like the one shown here from the Wigfa and Llanwrst Light Railway and put the building and maybe a couple of cottages and a pub above the slate wall.
the platform will probably be cast concrete like the others. although I have not decided on the edging stones yet.
