After straightening the chassis and cleaning the rubbing faces on the cylinders and reboring the hole on the reversing valve to make it sit at 90 degrees to the rubbing face grinding it correctly I finally got the chassis ready to run.
I had to bore the wheels fit some brass bush's then drill and ream to new axles this was because the previous owner had all but destroyed the wheel centres.
I made a triple tank meths burner for the chassis and moved the rc control to the underside to get rid of the lever. This proved interesting in its own a challenge.
The vid shows the chassis under steam generated by my little R and D self regulating marine steam plant.
The loco as been on the garden track since but still awaiting material to complete a new boiler for her. Not sure if the link will work I,m using a tablet
