Shouldn't take me long to do as it's only two met posts that need knocking in a bit... Then after September some of the corners will want easing a bit... Also want to re lay the tenmille section with peco for a bit of continuity and better routing under the deck furniture... Also got to make a lift out section and build up the scenery... One thing at a time...

A smallish update...
A rockery has sprouted in the corner by the shed and the line was levelled out a bit using a big hammer and a block of wood.
The corners weren't smooth enough for my liking so they were eased last night as well and then to test it all I sent "Wolverton" around a few times with a pair of LGB's. It doesn't run away down hills as bad as it did so the line has become more manual friendly, which is fantastic as I only have the one RC loco at the moment!
No doubt I'll have some more to do later in the year but for now the rain is doing a great job of making everything settle in nicely.

Things have changed quite a bit here... The S bend is not very loco friendly so it was taken out...
And was replaced by a nice long straight and smooth curve
This also meant the sidings had to come out and be changed along with 50P corner which is now nice and smooth and of a much larger radius
I can now fit a great deal more in the sidings than previously and they don't roll away as much!
Now with all the changes I didn't want it to look like it was taking up much more of the garden then it already does so the flowerbed was made bigger aswell.
Once the track had been laid, Boxy was sent out on trials.
As always there's still many more things to do... The stream has been dug out a bit more in preparation for the pond liner and the bigger flowerbed needs topsoil and plants!... It's payday tomorrow so its all good!

My Better half's mum had removed the waterfall from her koi pond as a grass snake had taken up residence underneath it, with the snake gone (somewhere else in the garden?), she were reluctant to put it back should the snake return and gave it to me for my pond! To which I am most grateful.
Now I had made a complete hash of putting it in the first time as it took out half the little tree and the pond lost its ability to hold water as it all drained out underneath the waterfall...
but it looked good!
So after discovering the pond without much water in it all came out again this evening, was made longer, refettled it all and put it all back in and trimmed the liner so there wasn't stupid amounts of overhang and ended up with this!
Now I need to make another bridge... Got a bigger pump coming tomorrow so the smaller one can be used elsewhere.
