I seem to remember reading that it is something to do with temperature.
Let the gas tank cool down after a run by cycling locos. I bet that better brains than mine can come up with a technical explanation.

[quote="Dannypenguin:122012"]No prices or orders until the 16mm Assoc. show.

Saving up the pennies but would it be better to order direct from Roundhouse or wait for the traders to advertise that they have stock?.

That looks good. Noticed you had to reverse the direction lever on the cylinder. Was it difficult to do?.

If you look into the densities of steel, brass and lead you will find steel too light for that volume. Brass and Lead will deliver, Why not try casting your own in lead?.

In that case 40mm back to back. It may help if you go slightly under this if you have problems on this setting.

Certainly, I'm thinking of going into production.  How does GBP500 sound?

Best wishes,

I would be interested at that price assuming it can be done in 32mm
Contact me if you do decide to go into production.

Re Talyllyn Gala 2016. Quite probably, it is such a great event though if you want the whole experience ( a good lunch and a trip up the line and back all in one day) it means only one half hour steaming session. Or is there something I am missing.

Bought a bargain at the member to member sale at Peterborough. All the parts seem to be there even wheels. The thing missing are the Drawings, I thought of asking GRS but the kit no longer seems to be on their web site. So has anyone got the drawings for the GRS W&L framed box van P/N DG625. For...
